ShootLog

Dynamic Shooting TrainingTransitions. Movement. Reloads. Stage skills.

From gun-handling basics to smoothly moving through a course. This section extends our dry fire training with dynamic/practical shooting (IPSC and related) elements: movement, target transitions, position entry & exit, reloads, and your first mini-stages — all without ammunition, at home or in a garage.

Before you start

Movement drills additionally require clear, safe floor space — no cables, slippery surfaces, or furniture in the movement path. See the full dry-fire safety checklist on the dry fire training page.

Movement

Separate your footwork from a stable shooting platform — a calm sight picture while moving.

Transitions

Eyes first, gun second. Smooth, precise transfer of vision and gun between targets.

Vision & Tempo

Deliberately matching tempo to target difficulty — not every target deserves the same speed.

Stage Skills

Planning movement and target order — the foundation before your first real course.
